All recreational students must return their medical release form by their second class, otherwise they will not be permitted to participate in class. This is for the student’s safety!
Annual Registration Fee-
Any students who are participating in the Fall session are required to pay an annual registration fee of $25. Paperwork and payment is due by September 13th.
The Winter session is 20 weeks (January 8th - May 31st). The studio will be closed March 26th - 30th for spring break. ( these dates are not reflected in 20 week session, therefore tuition is not pro-rated nor make ups required)
Recreational tuition can be paid in one of the following ways~
*5 Payments-Due by the 10th of each month(January tuition can be paid the second week of classes-no late fee will be applied)
$50.00- ½ hour classes, $60.00- 1 hour classes
*1 Payment-Due by January 18th
$240.00-½ hour classes, $290.00 1 hour classes
Please place payment in drop box, checks do not need to be placed in an envelope however please write your child‘s name in the memo section. Cash must be placed in an envelope with child‘s name on the front. $10.00 late fee will be charged for tuition received after the 10th.
We do not discount for missed classes, your child may make up one missed class per month. Make up schedules and all important information is available on our website- www.HeathersStudio.net
When Orrville city schools close due to inclement weather, the studio will cancel all recreational classes that evening. Make up classes will be available. Competitive teams will be notified of practice cancellations by email.
Parents please watch your child’s class from the designated area. Competitive practices are CLOSED for viewing.
